I’ve been learning about fascia and lymph flow and this feels right in alignment with those systems. Looking forward to taking this the next chapter, and it’s perfect for me as I’m traveling all the time for work, I can’t make it to classes to learn in person.

I’ve been following your Tiktoks for a while now and I finally decided to join Club Qigong and start your helpful routines.
