  1. stand with feet shoulder width apart
  2. raise your hands, palms facing up, finger tips meeting each other
  3. when passing through forehead, separate hands, right hand rises straight above your head, wrist flexed, palm face up, finger tips face inward toward center of body.
  4. when separating hands push left hand down, palm facing the floor, flexed wrist, fingers facing inward toward center of body.
  5. create a soft, firm stretch with your hand and arms
  6. release right hand, circling down to meet lower left hand
  7. now repeat movement, switching hands at forehead, left hand goes up and right hand pushes down.
  8. Create repetition, like 6 times.
